PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS
SCREEN PRINT TRANSFERS-
ROUGH PRINT: Polyester material-Press at 325 degrees for 7 seconds with HEAVY PRESSURE. Cotton material-press at 350 degrees for 7 seconds with HEAVY PRESSURE. Peel white transfer paper off while HOT.
SMOOTH PRINT: Press at 375 degrees (or your heat press' sweet spot) for 7 seconds with HEAVY PRESSURE. Peel white transfer paper off while HOT.
DO NOT cover with teflon or parchment paper. Do not use pressing pillows.
MUST use with good quality heat press.
REMEMBER PRESSURE AND TEMPERTURE IS KEY TO GREAT RESULTS.
DTF TRANSFERS (DIRECT TO FILM)-
Temperature Setting: 290-295 degrees Fahrenheit
Pressure: Medium to firm pressure
Time: 15-20 seconds
Pre-press your garment for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture. Press transfer 15-20 seconds at medium to firm pressure with parchment paper on top of design. Allow transfer to cool. Peel clear transfer paper from design. Press again with a new sheet of parchment paper on top of design for 5-10 seconds and you’re done!
Remember using a good heat press is recommended
SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS-
Press at 400 degrees for 60 seconds on LIGHT/MEDIUM PRESSURE. Use parchment paper inside your shirt to prevent ink bleeding onto the back of the shirt. Place your sublimation transfer face down on your shirt with parchment paper on top of transfer and start your pressing.
REMEMBER TO BE CAREFUL WHEN REMOVING YOUR TRANSFER AFTER YOU OPEN THE PRESS TO PREVENT GHOSTING OF THE IMAGE. HEAT TAPE CAN HELP IF YOU WANT TO TAPE YOUR TRANSFER ONTO THE SHIRT BEFORE YOU PRESS.
SHIRT CARE WITH TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS
For long lasting results, wait to wash 24 hours. Wash inside out with no bleach, harsh detergents or fabric softeners. Hang to dry or tumble on low heat. Do not iron transfer design.
